Great service from start to finish. Easy booking (excellent website), got the car we chose (Skoda Fabia), met at the airport at agreed time. Wasn't pushed to buy additional insurance, no pressure. Got instructions where to find car and drop off car via a video link in WhatsApp. Friendly lady met us at the airport and nice guy met us at the end. No issues at all. Service with a smile. The best ever car hire experience.  No waiting in a queue, no bus to an off site office, no hard sale for extra insurance. At Palma airport within a few minutes walk of the terminal  we were met by a polite representative with our car. A quick inspection of the car and we were off on our holiday.
