Recently hired a car (first panda) for 2 days. We were very pleased with the price and service offered by staff, they were extremely professional and helpful. The pick up location is very close to the old town which was ideal for us to visit when we returned the car in the morning. We would definitely use then next time we visit Majorca.
A smooth and efficient process for picking up and dropping off the vehicle. Having my mobile phone active helped for communications with the staff member, especially considering my flight was notably delayed and they ensured their availability when the flight finally arrived. Much appreciated! Not a big issue, but the Ford Focus I rented would shake at the local area's higher speed limits and overall felt like it may have been abused by previous drivers. All in all, it served its purpose without fail and having the full insurance coverage provided peace of mind.
We decided to choose this company based on the reviews and the competitive prices and we were not disappointed. The Top Auto Balear team, offered communication throughout the rental period and the instructions were clear and simple to follow. The pickup was quick and efficient and there were no scare tactics to try and convince you to take out extra insurances. The car was clean and well maintained and less than a year old. The drop off was also straightforward and the deposit we had paid upon collecting the car, was paid back to my card within 3 hours. A great service and experience all round, we'll definitely rent with this company again.
Easy pick up and drop off. Communication is also a plus when renting from top auto Balear as you can easily contact them via WhatsApp. Second time I rent a car with them and everything went well. Very comfortable and clean car. I’ll be back for sure.
